We include 2 x complimentary transfers in your reservation, they can be used from the airport to town, within town or from town to the airport. Failure to inform us about last minute flight changes/cancellations will result in additional charges. Communication outside of office hours needs to be done via Text/Whatsapp.

Missed Transfer Policy:

• Complimentary transfers apply only to completed trips. If the client is not present at the scheduled time and cannot be reached, the transfer is classified as missed.

• Missed transfers, extended waiting time, or unsuccessful trips—particularly to/from Hosea Kutako International Airport—are charged at the standard transfer rate, as the driver’s time, fuel, and travel distance remain operational costs.

Unlimited Kilometers for rentals longer than 7 days. Rentals less than 7 days have a limit of 300km per day, every additional km will be charged N$9.00 per km.

If you collect or return a vehicle on weekends and public holidays we charge a surcharge of N$600.

 If you want to collect or return a vehicle before and after office hours on weekdays you will pay a surcharge of N$600. (Office hours are 08h00 – 17h00 on week days)

On weekends if you want to collect or return a vehicle after 17h00 pm or before 08h00 am you will pay the surcharge of N$600 plus an additional N$300 on top of that.
