Failure to inform us about last minute flight changes/cancellations will result in additional charges. Communication outside of office hours needs to be done via Text/Whatsapp.

Unlimited Kilometers for rentals longer than 7 days

If you collect or return a vehicle on weekends and public holidays we charge a surcharge of N$600.

If you want to collect or return a vehicle before and after office hours on weekdays you will pay a surcharge of N$600. (Office hours are 08h00 – 17h00 on week days)

On weekends if you want to collect or return a vehicle after 17h00 pm or before 08h00 am you will pay the surcharge of N$600 plus an additional N$300 on top of that.
