If you collect or return a vehicle on weekends and public holidays, we charge a surcharge of N$350.

If you want to collect or return a vehicle before and after office hours you will pay a surcharge of N$600 (Office hours are 08h00 – 17h00 on weekdays)

On weekends we are here by appointment only, and the same surcharge of N$600 applies if you want to collect or return a vehicle after 17h00 or before 08h00
